We are making changes to our operation schedule for Summer 2025. Details:    

Reduced walk-in hours. Our center's door will be open for walk-in customers for these hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 10am - noon, 2 - 4pm
• Friday: 10am - noon   
• If you need service outside of these hours, please make an appointment with LaShanda Lemmon or Barry Johnson in advance. 

There is no change to our lab reservation schedule: the two labs are available for reservation 9am - 6pm (- 5pm Fridays). However, please make your bookings ahead of time, 2+ business days prior, to help us ensure staff coverage. 

If you are unsure about something, please contact us! A quick call to our center (412-624-4153) will confirm walk-in availability, and you can send any inquiries to LaShanda (polyglot@pitt.edu) and Barry (byj3@pitt.edu).
